What Is Tuina Massage
Tuina is the older Chinese hand technique — kneading, pressing, a joint rolled slowly through its range — and the closer, more local cousin to Shiatsu. Where Shiatsu reads across the whole body, Tuina goes to one place and stays: the neck, the shoulders, the head, the hands, the feet. The place that’s asking, worked until it lets go.
In a session:
The work is narrower than Shiatsu, and often firmer — thumbs and knuckles, a forearm, the heel of the hand, pressing and rolling along the channels of the single region that’s holding. Qi is the tradition’s word for what that pressure follows: where the region is full, where it has stopped moving. The rest of the body is left alone.

I had a shiatsu session with Francesco in Dahab and it was absolutely lovely. Deeply relaxing, but also precise and skilful. He works in a way that feels intuitive and grounded rather than showy. I felt safe, held and properly unwound afterwards. Highly recommend if you’re in Dahab and want something genuinely restorative.

I’ve been searching for a way to restore my body, and when i found this place i had no doubt i need to try. From the very beginning of the conversation, I felt like I’m in a very special field of being heard and cared for, with a clear support and responsiveness.
During the session I felt reliefed of tension and restored the body to a state that it hasn’t been to for a while. It felt like I’ve been to the deep space restoration station a got back with the inner system sounding in a different way. As if I got a new face. And that’s always reviving, I guess.
I can see how several days after the session the changes heard by the body are slowly and gently revealing the reality around me, bringing peace, care and comfort back to my life. The treatment starts with the attitude of the therapist, and makes it a wonderous fulfilling experience, cause in healing everything matters, and it's the main principle of holism, which I strongly believe in.

I had a massage by Francesco in the morning before going diving. It was just reallly supergood for my body (and mind ) gentle but also deep and relaxing . Very beautiful experience! Francesco him self is a very pleasant person . I absolutely Recommend he’s treatment.

During my holidays in Dahab I was so unbelievably lucky to book by coincidence a Tuina massage with Franscesco. The Tuina massage with Francesco was absolutely amazing, he really knows about the points and your body system, directly afterwards I felt very much inner peace, was very relaxed, but also quiet tired. The next day I felt a lot more energy and power, like a deep reset and my whole body system felt fully recovered. Because of this, I did book a second massage with Franscesco, this time I wanted to try the Shiatsu massage. This massage was again absolutely wonderful, from the technique different from Tuina, but the effects were the same, afterwards again profound inner peace feeling and very relaxed , but tired, next day fully recovered with a lot of energy and power / revitalised. Besides, Francesco is a wonderful person, you feel that he does his work with great dedication and has profound knowledge and huge experience. Thank you so much, dear Francesco!
